Job Description
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Training
Orientation and training provided on the job.
Communication Skills
Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Essential Functions & Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
Make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eye and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Physical Requirements
Carry large cans (3 lbs 7 oz) from workstation to storage shelves.
Carry pizza sauce (30 lbs) from storage to front of store (occasionally).
Carry trays of pizza dough (approx 12 lbs per tray) three at a time over short distances.
Push or pull trays on dollies (approx 24-30 trays, require 7.5 lbs to push).
Reach overhead up to 72 inches and reach down to perform tasks such as scooping cornmeal from plastic barrel or washing dishes.
Use force with forearms and wrists for shaping dough, using pizza peel, rolling cutter, and pinching in assembly of cardboard pizza boxes.
