Overview Sugarloaf is currently looking for a detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and enthusiastic team player to join our resort's Building Maintenance Team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing basic maintenance on plumbing, electrical, appliances, furniture, and general building maintenance trades.
This is a full‑time, year‑round position that is eligible for benefits, access to seasonal amenities, and many other great job perks. If you have experience in these fields or are a fast learner that is willing to be trained, come join our team!
Responsibilities
Perform varied maintenance tasks such as:
Plumbing
Electrical
Carpentry
Painting
Troubleshooting and resolving issues with TV and internet
Qualifications
Ability to operate basic hand and power tools
Can work independently and safely
Can understand and follow both oral and written directions
Have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license
Can exert a considerable amount of physical effort to complete some tasks
