Retail Stocking Supervisor – Harbor Freight Tools
We are looking for a full‑time Retail Stocking Supervisor to join our high‑performing team. You will be responsible for ensuring professional customer service, maintaining a safe and organized store, and leading, coaching, and developing associates.
The anticipated rate is $22.00 per hour, depending on location, experience, and skills. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus and offers comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off up to 152 hours per year.

What you’ll do
Ensure and model professional customer service.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
Cross‑train in all areas of store operations, including stocking and sales associate duties.
Lead, coach, and develop others.
Serve as Leader on Duty when scheduled.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old.
Minimum 1 year of retail leadership experience.
Strong communication skills with customers and associates by person, email, and telephone.
Can lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds and stand/move for entire shift.
Can lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
Physically able and willing to become certified to operate a forklift per IIPP.
Open availability for evenings, weekends, holidays; adherence to attendance policy required.
