Retail Stocking Supervisor – Harbor Freight Tools We’re seeking a full‑time Retail Stocking Supervisor who values leadership, customer servicelocation, worn and teamwork. If you have recent leadership experience and a passion for retail, we want you on our high‑performing team.

The anticipated rate for this position is $17.50 per hour (depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience).

This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus.

We offeralig comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability.

Eligible associates may enroll in our 401(k) plan.

Associates accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (including PTO, floating holidays and paid holidays) and paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.

Respectful schedules are during operating hours of 6 am‑10 pm.

What You’ll Do

Ensure and model professional customer service.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.

Cross‑train in all areas of store operations (stocking, sales and associate duties).

Lead, coach and develop others.

Serve as leader on duty as scheduled.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements / Who You Are

Must be at least 18 years old.

1 year of experience in a retail leadership role.

Can communicate clearly with customers and associates via in‑person, e‑mail and telephone.

Can intermittently lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand or move for the entire shift.

Can lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist and safely climb up/down a ladder.

Physically able and willing to become certified to operate a forklift in accordance with IIPP.

Open availability with ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays; adherence to attendance policy is necessary.
