The anticipated rate for this position is $18.25 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. Additionally, we offer comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability. Eligible associates may enroll in our company’s 401(k) plan. Associates accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year, including PTO, floating holidays, paid holidays, and up to 64 hours of paid sick time unless otherwise required by law. Respectful schedules during operating hours of 6 am–10 pm.

Must be at least 18 years old. One year of experience in a retail leadership role. Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates in person, via e‑mail, and telephone. Ability to intermittently lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand and move for the entirety of a shift. Physical capacity to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl,; twist, and safely climb up and down a ladder. Physically able and willing to become certified to operate a forklift in accordance with IIPP (Injury and Illness Prevention Program). Open availability with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; adherence to attendance policy is necessary.
