Job Description We are searching for qualified customer service representatives with personality and people skills. This role involves preparing, baking, and delivering pizzas during the hungry hours of the day and night, while ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities

Operate all store equipment.

Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and work area.

Prepare product according to company standards.

Receive and process telephone orders.

Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.

Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders in person and over the phone.

Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Make correct monetary change.

Follow safety and hygiene protocols.

Qualifications

Must be 16 years of age or older.

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.

Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.

Mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division; ability to compute change accurately.

Motor coordination for handling equipment and making precise movements.

Ability to work in varying temperature conditions and in cramped spaces.

Capacity to work under stress and maintain quality standards.

Work Conditions Exposure to varying weather conditions when removing trash or performing exterior tasks; temperatures ranging from 36 °F in cooler areas to 90 °F or higher in some work areas; hot surfaces up to 500 °F; exposure to food odors and cornmeal dust; cramped quarters. Employees must be able to tolerate these conditions and follow safety protocols.
