ABOUT THE JOB We are searching for qualified customer service reps with personality and people skills. We’re growing fast and need people who can keep pace with delivery and in‑store service demands. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Operate all equipment and stock ingredients from delivery area to storage.
Prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, and clean equipment and facility daily.
Communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; make correct monetary change.
Motor coordination, hand speed, and ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Work with varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions, hot surfaces, and mechanical parts of the store.
WORK CONDITIONS
Exposure to outdoor weather when removing trash and performing outside tasks.
In‑store temperatures ranging from 36 °F in cooler to 90 °F or higher in some work areas.
Fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces/tools up to 500 °F or higher.
Exposure to cramped quarters, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
