MetroPower is looking for Electrical Service Technicians to install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems & associated equipment while adhering to the National Electric Code (NEC) and equipment specifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Using diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, cable testers, thermal scanners, and ammeters, Service Technicians are required to safely and effectively identify electrical problems and recommend repairs.

Interpret blueprints and schematics, possess a solutions-based mindset, and exhibit professionalism during interactions with business owners & operators.

Document interactions with clients, collaborate with colleagues in a team environment, and perform any other tasks necessary to build and grow the department.

Conduct all business interactions in accordance with MetroPower’s mission, vision, and values.

Requirements

Current driver’s license and reliable transportation – Required.

High school graduate, GED, or equivalent education – Required.

Minimum 3-5 years of prior electrical experience – Required.

Georgia Electrical Contractors License – Preferred.

Completion of an electrical apprenticeship – Preferred.

Desire to work in a team‑based environment and contribute immediately.

Positive and safety‑conscious attitude with personal integrity – both are non‑negotiable.
