Where You’ll Make a Difference
Operate transfer pumps, filtration equipment, and blend tanks.
Document and label materials accurately.
Maintain a safe and sanitary work area, ensuring equipment is clean and in good working order.
Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and housekeeping standards.
Support additional duties as assigned.
What Makes You the Right Fit
High School Diploma or GED required.
Basic math skills essential.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate equipment.
Computer literacy and basic Microsoft Office knowledge.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for up to 9 hours per shift.
Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights up to 30 feet.
Pre‑employment drug screen and background check required.
How You Will Stand Out
2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or chemical plant.
1–2 years operating moving equipment (forklifts, tote/tank wagons).
Experience in a fast‑paced environment with continuous improvement culture.
