Job Description The Assistant Manager is a key leadership role responsible for running shifts, delivering excellent customer service, working toward store goals, assisting the General Manager in all aspects of operations, and leading the shift team. The Assistant Manager must uphold our brand image and stay up to date on Domino’s training by completing Pizza College courses and any required training programs. Responsibilities
Uphold and represent a rock-solid brand image. Manage the store and team with a high-volume mentality. Meet all RPM service goals. Learn organizational and inventory skills. Train and coach team members to achieve product, service, and image goals. Use advanced equipment and participate in technology-driven initiatives. Uphold safety standards and take ownership in resolving problems. Operate all store equipment, including oven-tending. Demonstrate time management and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Provide a fun, positive environment for customers and team members while taking orders. Schedule, manage labor, attendance, and punctuality. Learn and implement successful marketing practices from a company with extensive store experience. Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to board of health standards. Lead all team members to achieve store goals. Consistently work 40+ hours per week. Compensation

Must be 18 years of age or older. Pass RPM Freshman class. Strong communication and verbal skills. Outgoing with a positive, upbeat attitude.
