Job Description The Assistant Manager is essential to store operations. Responsibilities include running effective shifts, caring for customers, helping the General Manager achieve business goals, and leading team members during the shift. The role requires up‑to‑date knowledge of Domino’s training programs, such as Pizza College courses and other required training.

Duties & Responsibilities

Uphold and represent a rock‑solid brand image.

Manage the store and team with a high‑volume mentality.

Meet all RPM service goals.

Learn and apply organizational and inventory skills.

Train and coach team to achieve product, service, and image results.

Use advanced equipment to support the pizza industry’s technology leadership.

Maintain safety standards.

Own problem resolution and operational decisions.

Operate all store equipment, including oven‑tending.

Apply time‑management and multitasking skills in a competitive environment.

Create a fun, happy, and exciting environment for customers and team members.

Schedule, manage labor, attendance, and punctuality.

Implement marketing tools from a national brand that boasts over 15,000 stores.

Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to health‑board standards.

Lead all team members to achieve store goals while consistently working 40+ hours per week.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Pass the RPM Freshman class.

Strong communication and verbal skills.

Outgoing with a positive, upbeat attitude.

Able to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Food Safety Certified as required by local regulations.
