Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Project Estimator to join our team in a full-time hybrid role located in Winnemucca, NV, with opportunities for occasional remote work. The Project Estimator will be responsible for evaluating project requirements, preparing accurate cost and material estimates, managing budgets, and supporting project planning. This role requires collaboration with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects within budget and scope.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Cost Management, Budgeting, and Construction Estimating
Practical experience in Project Estimation and related methodologies
Strong Communication skills to collaborate with clients and teams effectively
Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze blueprints and project specifications
Familiarity with industry software and tools for estimation and project planning
