The Role The selected individual will troubleshoot and repair electrical circuits, calibrate equipment, interpret schematics, rebuild equipment, install electronic controls, perform lighting maintenance, and conduct preventative maintenance. The position may also require crane electrical maintenance. Candidates should have completed basic electrical theory courses or hold a journeyman electrician’s license, possess a clean driving record, and be willing to become a qualified equipment operator (JLG, forklift, scissor‑lift, etc.). Safety and quality workmanship are primary priorities; knowledge of the National Electrical Code is essential.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair electrical circuits.

Calibrate equipment and interpret schematics.

Rebuild equipment and install electronic controls.

Maintain lighting systems and perform preventive maintenance.

Perform crane electrical maintenance as required.

Operate equipment such as JLG, forklift, and scissor‑lift.

Adhere to safety and quality‑workmanship standards.

Obtain and apply knowledge of the National Electrical Code.

Qualifications

Minimum 50‑lb lifting capability.

Ability to work overtime and weekends as required.

Strong understanding of oral and written instructions.

Availability to work assigned shifts as plant operations demand.

Preferred Qualifications

Trade school graduate preferred; prior on‑the‑job training acceptable.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
