Role Description This is a full-time on‑site role for a Service Technician located in Knoxville, TN. Responsibilities include performing maintenance and repairs on recycling equipment, trash compactors, and cardboard balers, as well as troubleshooting mechanical issues and providing field service support. The Service Technician will also ensure customer satisfaction by effectively communicating with clients and adhering to high service standards.
Qualifications
Skills in Maintenance & Repair, with experience working on machinery like recycling equipment and compactors
Strong Troubleshooting abilities to identify issues and implement effective solutions
Experience in Field Service operations with the ability to work efficiently on‑site
Customer Service skills to maintain excellent communication and provide a positive client experience
Relevant certifications or training in mechanical or electrical systems are a plus
Welding and fabrication experience is advantageous
Ability to work flexible hours, including after‑hours and weekends, when required
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
