Salary Range: $43,000 - $74,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and welding symbols to determine proper welding procedures.
Operate various welding equipment (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick, Arc) to join metal components according to specifications.
Inspect finished welds for quality, integrity, and adherence to industry standards and specifications.
Perform grinding, deburring, and finishing operations on welded parts as required.
Maintain welding equipment and ensure the work area is clean, organized, and safe.
Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, company policies, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
Fabricate and assemble metal structures and parts with precision and accuracy.
Recommended Qualifications
Proficiency in common welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial welding environment.
Strong understanding and adherence to safety procedures and quality standards.
AWS certification or equivalent professional welding credentials.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with additional fabrication processes (e.g., cutting, grinding, fitting).
Proficiency in operating material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, overhead crane).
Basic computer skills for logging work or accessing digital documentation.
