2nd Shift: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm (Monday - Friday) 3rd Shift: 10:00 pm - 6:00 am (Sunday - Friday) Your Role

As a CNC Machinist, you will perform precision machining operations to create parts that meet exact specifications. Key Responsibilities

Machine parts to specifications, performing precision machining operations. Operate various machine tools, including lathes, milling machines, and grinders. Set up, adjust, and operate basic and specialized machine tools. Design fixtures, tooling, or experimental parts. Utilize complex technical tools, CAD, and CAM. Use hand tools as required. Follow specific processes and procedures as directed. Ensure work practices adhere to OSHA standards. Follow all safety standards outlined in policies and procedures. Perform data entry. What You Need To Succeed

Experience using complex tools, CAD, and CAM. Degree or Certification in CNC Machining, Right Skills Now for Manufacturing Course, or equivalent work experience. Experience in Lean Manufacturing. Ability to machine parts to specifications. Knowledge and use of gauges, micrometers, Vernier calipers, and charts to measure tolerance. Ability to accurately and effectively use computer programs for data entry and reporting. Ability to learn how to use machinery/equipment as needed. Mechanically inclined. Strong attendance record. Ability to work unsupervised. Detail process-oriented and organized. Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, background check, and drug screen. Preferred Skills

Knowledge of mechanics. Extensive experience in CNC Machining. Understanding of the iron foundry process. Understanding of a manufacturing facility. Senior Level
