Job Overview The Director of Operations & Business Analytics plays a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing company‑wide operational performance, business analytics, and data‑driven execution. Reporting to the COO and senior executive leadership, this role ensures that operations, analytics, technology, compliance, and client delivery functions are aligned to strategic objectives, performance targets, and regulatory standards.

Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through advanced analytics and financial modeling.
