**Sales Specialist – Immunohistochemistry** at Leica Biosystems (a Danaher company) drives rapid revenue growth and market share expansion in the oncology diagnostics territory. The position is fully remote and forms part of the commercial organization reporting to the Sales Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**
Achieve annual product sales goals for the assigned territory while maintaining an accurate opportunity funnel and customer data in SFDC.
Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through sales, support, product demos, installations, and training.
Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Applications to exceed performance targets and customer expectations.
Increase Leica Biosystems’ influence and presence across territories by working with prospective and current customers.
Monitor competitive activities and use Strategic Selling tools (e.g., Blue Sheets) with mentorship and guidance.
Develop product knowledge and leverage tools such as DOMO, Showpad, and Territory Business Reviews.
**Essential Qualifications**
Bachelor’s degree (Arts or Science) or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 3+ years of relevant sales experience (or equivalent).
Strong time‑management skills and proven contract negotiation experience in a matrixed environment.
Proficiency with Salesforce.com or other CRM software; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) competency.
**Travel & Motor Vehicle Record** Travel 50‑75% for territory coverage and company meetings; valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
**Compensation Range** Salary: $100,000 – $135,000 annual base. Eligible for bonus/incentive pay. Total benefits include paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) for eligible employees.
**Remote Work Arrangement** This role is eligible for remote work from the employee’s home. Additional remote work details will be provided during the interview process.
