About the Role ScanScape Retail Scan Associates visit a designated selection of stores each week to scan all product barcodes on displays, in aisle locations, and on aisle end caps. The data collected is analyzed and used to improve the sales performance of the product and the retailer.
Daily tasks include scanning barcodes, estimating the quantity of selected products, and completing custom projects as requested by clients. Work typically ranges from 1–3 hours per week, depending on store size.
Responsibilities
Scan all product barcodes in designated stores each week.
Estimate quantity of approximately 45% of the products scanned.
Complete Display Scanning for the entire store.
Gather data for Custom Projects up to 2 hours per store.
Report to stores within the described deadline.
Adhere to weekly deadlines and maintain data quality.
Qualifications
At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
Ability to endure being on your feet for long periods.
Ability to lift to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs for prolonged periods.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Must be a deadline‑driven self‑starter.
Must have access to reliable Wi‑Fi.
Must be tech‑savvy.
High school diploma or GED (preferred).
