About the role
We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team and focus on selling service contracts for our portfolio of medical laser systems. This individual will play a key role in driving recurring revenue by engaging existing customers, uncovering opportunities within the installed base, and educating clients on the value of our service offerings. What you’ll do
Proactively contact existing customers to promote, upsell, and renew service contracts for medical laser equipment. Manage inbound inquiries related to service agreements, pricing, and coverage options. Partner with the field sales and service teams to identify target accounts and ensure high contract renewal rates. Clearly communicate the value proposition of service contracts, including uptime assurance, cost predictability, and compliance benefits. Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and results using CRM software. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas for service contract revenue. Provide accurate quotes, follow up on proposals, and close business in a timely manner. Gather customer feedback and relay market insights to sales leadership and product management. Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach in all interactions. Qualifications
5+ years of inside sales, telesales, or customer success experience; medical device or capital equipment industry experience strongly preferred. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas. Strong phone presence, excellent communication, and active listening skills. Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to understand technical products and explain service benefits in simple terms. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
