Retail Store Manager
to join our Team! We are currently looking for the right $14.70 to $25.00 per hour In addition to the hourly rate our Retail Store Managers can earn a very lucrative monthly bonus, contributing to a major portion of a Retail Store Managers total yearly income. Perks and Benefits

We are seeking a Store Manager with 2+ years of management and customer service experience (retail/sales is a PLUS). A Store Manager will be accountable for day-to-day store operations and promoting a positive/productive environment. They will lead, coach, and develop store employees, recruit and retain top talent, and be responsible for maximizing financial goals and managing Customer Relations / Customer Satisfaction. Leading by example and promoting company values, the Store Manager sets a customer-centric tone. The Store Manager will analyze the store’s financial statements to ensure goals are met and adjust as necessary. The Store Manager commits to the asset protection program through inventory control, following policies and procedures, and securing customer loans. They will use internal and external marketing tools to promote the business and attract new customers. All employees work with a wide variety of jewelry and general merchandise, including tools, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations), and more. This position offers a competitive wage plus a bonus based on the store’s performance. Actual pay depends on location, qualifications, and experience. This position reports to the area’s District Manager. Responsibilities

Facilitate a customer-centric environment by engaging customers professionally and addressing issues promptly. Monitor and assist in the training of Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards. Recruit top talent through company-prescribed channels. Open and close the store, including counting cash drawers and merchandise, and ensure procedures protect assets. Ensure asset protection through inventory control, safety procedures, documentation, and securing customer loans. Administer store processes and procedures, including inventory, loan management, merchandising, store presentation, store systems, and reporting. Evaluate financial statements and drive profitability through communication and goal-setting. Ensure operating standards meet or exceed FirstCash standards. Monitor loan qualification and buying processes to maintain value and integrity of loans. Complete assigned tasks and self-development training. Communicate clearly with employees to align with the store’s mission and profit objectives. Remain up-to-date on product knowledge. Other related duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds. Must be willing and able to perform duties for extended periods, including standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting. Demonstrated ability to supervise others. Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified. Occasional exterior customer assistance or retrieval of products stored in exterior areas may be required. Minimum Age: 18 years old High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience Ability to work across multiple locations as needed. Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays. Store Managers will work 45+ hours per week; hours vary by business needs. Computer literate and able to operate POS systems and common office machines. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Analytical skills and cash handling experience required. The employee commission incentive plan is proprietary to FirstCash. Store Managers receive a commission based on the store’s monthly gross profit.
