As a Fricker’s manager, you will provide outstanding leadership, inspire others, coach, train, counsel, create a profitable environment, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities
Execute Fricker’s unique brand of fun, food, sports and spirits.
Drive positive sales growth.
Maintain a healthy, safe, and secure environment by enforcing food‑safety, sanitation standards.
Achieve optimal performance from staff by communicating expectations, training, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and enforcing policies.
Control costs by monitoring food and labor efficiencies.
Accomplish staffing objectives by recruiting, selecting, and training quality individuals.
Qualifications
At least two years of recent restaurant management experience preferably in a fast‑casual atmosphere.
Steady, stable employment track record. Minimum of two professional references.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Positive, friendly demeanor & customer/guest service focus.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
