What You'll Do
Provide customer service by carrying out security procedures and responding to emergencies.
Respond to incidents calmly.
Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas.
Maintain visible presence to deter threats.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff.
Document observations and incidents in reports.
Carry and handle authorized firearms per policy and law.
Minimum Requirements
Armed guard card or license preferred.
Customer service experience preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
Access control or badge experience preferred.
At least 21 years of age for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Background investigation required.
Drug screen required to extent permitted by law.
Participation in industry security training programs.
Licensing requirements subject to state laws.
Valid driver’s license required only for driving positions.
