Position Overview The Selling Associate drives sales and provides exceptional customer service, while engaging our customers and exhibiting an elevated level of product knowledge and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
Drive store sales and growth by personally selling to customers.
Proactively engage with customers, read cues and respond effectively.
Provide customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions.
Convert returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales.
Cash Wrap Responsibilities
Deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the Point of Sale.
Reinforce customer buying decisions at checkout and encourage purchase of additional items.
Recover cash wrap selling zone and "go-backs".
Processing & Replenishment
Process merchandise to be floor ready and maintain back room and under stock to brand standards.
Replenish merchandise to brand standards to ensure product is placed on the sales floor and available for purchase.
Assist with other projects as needed including markdowns, re‑tickets and the mark out of stock process.
Floorset Activity
Execute floorset proficiently.
Understand and adhere to brand standards.
Assist with maintenance of back room and under stock, including merchandise and non‑merchandise, to brand standards to enable efficient replenishment.
General Expectations for All Associates
Drive top line store sales results and grow the business through action and productivity.
Maintain focus on bras as the premier product differentiator, to build loyalty and support our "Best at Bras" culture.
Prepare for each shift by maintaining awareness of all sales, promotions and applicable ringing procedures.
Take initiative to recover and replenish merchandise, so it is available to sell.
Understand and adhere to visual merchandising brand standards.
Assist in housekeeping of sales floor and communicate maintenance issues.
Keep an awareness of, and build personal capability in, loss prevention.
Reinforce store strategy to reduce shrink.
Support all activities related to providing a safe working environment.
Understand and demonstrate Company values.
Build loyalty through our Rewards Program.
This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, walking and prolonged standing as part of your daily tasks.
Compensation Minimum salary: $15.00 per hour. Maximum salary: $18.25 per hour.
