Job Overview As an Overnight Concierge Associate, you’ll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service. You will meet and greet residents, check guests and service providers in/out, respond to emergency situations, manage access control, monitor electronic security systems, maintain daily logs, records, and forms, assist with general concierge services, and perform administrative clerical work.

Work Schedule Thu–Fri: 3 PM–11 PM, Sat–Sun: 11 PM–7 AM.

Your Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service.

Meet and greet residents; check guests and service providers in/out.

Respond to emergency situations and access control procedures.

Monitor and operate electronic security control systems.

Maintain daily logs, records, and forms accurately.

Assist with general concierge services and perform administrative clerical work.

Walk the building premises for monitoring purposes.

Control access to the building.

Resolve and follow up on all complaints/issues, escalating to supervisor if necessary.

Help maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property.

Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Skills & Qualifications

Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent customer service, communication, and time‑management skills.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Preferred knowledge of information system hardware/software.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs; stand, sit, walk, and occasionally climb.

Ability to work extended/flexible hours, weekends, and attend board meetings.

Occasional overtime may be required.

Physical Requirements / Working Environment Requirements include navigating the property/building quickly and easily, lifting 30–50 lbs, standing/sitting for long periods, walking and occasional climbing, handling, grasping, and lifting objects/packages, working at a personal computer for extended periods, and detecting auditory/visual emergency alarms. Work may expose employees to outdoor temperatures, weather variations, traffic and equipment noise, vibrations, chemicals, and machinery.

Compensation $19.00–$21.00 per hour

(base pay range).
