We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented AM Room Attendant to join our team in Baltimore, United States. As an AM Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in our hotel rooms and common areas. Candidate
must
have hotel housekeeping experience.
Responsibilities
Clean and prepare guest rooms according to established standards
Maintain the cleanliness of hotel common spaces and "back of house" areas
Ensure all rooms are properly stocked with necessary amenities
Report any maintenance issues or deficiencies to the appropriate department
Handle guest requests promptly and professionally
Maintain the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient room turnover
Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Perform any additional tasks as requested by management
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Room Attendant in a hotel setting a must.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervisionStrong time management and prioritization skills
Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures and products
Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines
Basic English language proficiency for effective communication
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed
Additional Information Individuals without hotel housekeeping experience will not be considered.
