Deloitte Hotel & Conference Center – 800 rooms, expanding to 1,400 rooms in March 2026.
Four restaurants – one Starbucks restaurant, expanding to nine restaurants in March 2026.
105,000 sq ft of meeting space, expanding to 200,000 sq ft in March 2026.
Fitness center, jogging trails, and sports fields.
Professional clientele; no social events.
Located in Westlake, near Keller, Southlake, and Roanoke.
What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do
BASIC FUNCTION:
Lead day‑to‑day production, ensuring cooks have everything needed for service. Assist Chef with menu development. Operate one of four kitchens: Banquet, Market, Albero, and Ember.
Essential Functions
Recruit, interview, train, coach, discipline, and assess direct reports; create schedules and approve time off.
Support staff to execute daily operations efficiently and to maintain property standards.
Coach and develop staff for growth within the company.
Day‑to‑day kitchen operations; ready team for each meal period.
Conduct spot‑checks to ensure recipe adherence and consistency.
Consistently check quality of all food products for each meal period.
Qualifications
Culinary internship, apprenticeship, or degree preferred.
Two years of supervisory or peer trainer experience required.
Three years of culinary experience required.
Good computer skills; Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and OneNote desirable.
Knowledge of culinary applications such as ChefTech or similar desirable.
Food Safety certification required within 30 days of starting position.
Compensation
$ – Based on Experience.
