Hotel Front Office Supervisor - 1st & 2nd Shift
Salary: $20.75 per hour plus benefits. This full‑time position is located at Benchmark Hospitality at DU, an expanding 1,400‑room hotel and training center.

Property Overview - Deloitte Hotel & Conference Center: a high‑end private hotel and conference center, closed to the public. - 800 rooms (expanding to 1,400 rooms in March 2026). - 3 restaurants (expanding to 9 restaurants in March 2026). - 105,000 sq ft of meeting space (expanding to 200k sq ft in March 2026). - Fitness center, jogging trails, sports fields. - Located in Westlake, Texas.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee front desk, front services, group reservations, and communications center.
Monitor opening/closing tasks and provide assistance as needed.
Resolve guest issues professionally.
Direct, delegate, and motivate front office staff.
Manage guest messages, packages, and badging process.
Monitor communication center call volume and cover when required.
Qualifications
Experience in the hospitality industry; front office experience preferred.
Experience as a trainer or supervisor preferred.
Strong computer skills (Excel, Outlook; Teams, OneNote desirable).
Knowledge of hotel P&Ms (Infor desirable).
Texas driver’s license with good record; must be over 21.
Compensation Hourly rate: $20.75. Actual compensation may vary based on experience and other factors.
