We are seeking an energetic, nurturing Lead or Assistant Infant Teacher to join the Goddard School and positively impact our littlest learners. Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute daily classroom operations for assigned infant/toddler groups.

Design, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities that meet developmental milestones.

Interact closely with children, parents, and colleagues to provide high‑quality customer service and foster relationships.

Maintain a safe environment, addressing emergencies and performing child safety procedures.

Support team collaboration to develop engaging, creative curriculum and improve educational practices.

Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred).

CDA certification preferred, but not required.

Minimum 1‑2 years of classroom experience with infants or toddlers.

Completion of state‑required pre‑service training.

Strong relational and communication skills with children, parents, and staff.

Ability to calmly handle stressful situations and multitask during busy class periods.

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, including lifting infants into and out of cribs.

Eligibility for background check.
