Behavior Technician - Part Time / After School Hours We are seeking dedicated Child Interventionists and Behavior Technicians, both entry‑level and experienced, to directly assist children with autism in honing vital skills like communication, social interaction, and self‑care. Join us in collaborating with families to design and execute behavior intervention plans.

Overview Explore our fulfilling part‑time role at Butterfly Effects! Work 9‑15 hours per week during after‑school hours and help children achieve lifelong changes.

Responsibilities

Support the implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans for children with autism.

Assist families in developing strategies for communication, social interaction, and self‑care.

Collect and record data on behavior, progress, and outcomes.

Collaborate with other Behavior Technicians, therapists, and family members to adjust intervention strategies.

Maintain a calm, supportive environment and ensure safety during all sessions.

Qualifications

Physical Requirements This role involves working in natural environments, occasionally requiring lifting or moving up to 50 lbs. and maintaining various postures for extended periods.
