Behavior Technician - Part Time- After School Hours
Butterfly Effects is seeking dedicated Child Interventionists / Behavior Technicians to provide evidence-based ABA services to children with autism from 3pm to 7pm, 5 days a week. The role is a part‑time position with 9‑15 hours per week and competitive compensation ranging from $21.00 to $28.00 per hour.
Mission : Make a socially meaningful change in the lives of children and families by hiring passionate caregivers to serve families affected by autism.

Position Duties
Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA
Observe, record, and report client progress daily
Manage challenging behaviors
Apply behavioral principles consistently in all interactions with clients
Assist clients in acquiring academic and/or life skills as needed
Communicate professionally with parents, analysts, consultants, and staff
Act as an active member of the treatment team
Complete daily paperwork and data collection in our online database
Participate in ongoing training programs to increase skillset
Maintain client confidentiality
Follow BE policies and procedures
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Love working with children and a strong interpersonal attitude towards families
Prior experience working with children is an advantage
Interest in continuous learning and development
Reliable transportation
Clear background check
Physical Requirements Occasional lifting or moving up to 50 lbs. and maintaining various postures for extended periods.
