Job Details Flex Security Officer – St. Louis, MO. All days and shifts are available with a pay rate of $19.57 /hr, paid weekly. Hiring immediately.
Responsibilities As a Flex Officer, you will be trained at various posts and/or facilities based on operational need. You may work at a specific post or location for several weeks, but assignments are not permanent. Your schedule will change based on operational needs, and you will be offered shifts as they become available due to staffing needs or short notice call‑ins. You are expected to work any shift scheduled in advance that falls within your availability. For short‑notice call‑ins, you are expected to work at least 80 % of the shifts called.
Requirements
Must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid Driver’s License.
At least 1 year of experience in a customer‑service role.
Reliable transportation.
Strong customer‑service skills.
Previous security, law‑enforcement, and/or military experience is preferred.
Scheduling flexibility.
Good communication skills.
Possession of a St. Louis, MO, security license is preferred.
Ability to work weekends, weekdays, holidays, and in all weather conditions.
Scheduling Expectations
You will be trained at various posts and/or facilities based on operational need.
Your schedule (shifts, days off, hours per week, etc.) will vary based on operational need.
You will be assigned to, or offered, shifts as they become available due to staffing needs.
Some shifts will be scheduled in advance and posted with the new week’s schedule; others may come with short notice.
