The Job As a Concierge, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest caliber of guest experience for all guests. You must have up‑to‑date information on community events, area attractions, entertainment, shops, restaurants, travel, and local businesses, and the ability to assist guests in making reservations and giving correct, insightful, unique vacation advice. Your role is to assist guests with class and style as they plan their dream stay.

Requirements

Strong computer skills; must have knowledge of Excel, Word, and e‑mail usage.
