What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage and scale a comprehensive Sales Enablement program to maximize home lending recapture and harvesting capabilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tools
Lead strategic planning, digital strategy, and business technology oversight
Design initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and identify areas for improvement
Present data-driven insights and reports to executive leadership regarding home lending performance
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent
Eight (8) years of experience in Mortgage and Home Equity lending, marketing, and analytics
Ability to travel 10%
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with sales enablement tools and CRM platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Five (5) years of experience leading business analyst teams focused on enhancing home lending recapture and harvesting
