Manage and scale a comprehensive Sales Enablement program for home lending recapture and harvesting Collaborate with various teams to develop and implement effective strategies and tools for sales teams Lead strategic planning and oversee business intelligence and analytics for home lending platforms Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track success metrics and measure impact Present data-driven insights and reports to executive leadership regarding enablement initiatives Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Eight (8) years of experience in Mortgage and Home Equity lending, marketing, and analytics Ability to travel up to 10% Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical skills with experience using complex data analysis tools Preferred Qualifications
Five (5) years of experience leading business analyst teams focused on home lending recapture and harvesting Proficiency with sales enablement tools and CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Surefire Extensive capabilities in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio #MortgageServices #SalesEnablement #CareerGrowth #CompetitiveCompensation #FinancialServices We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
