About the Role As a Preschool Spanish Teacher at Stratford School, you're responsible for creating a safe and nurturing learning environment for children between the ages of 3 and 5. This position offers an opportunity to engage preschool-aged children in immersive Spanish language experiences. Candidates who are enthusiastic about promoting language development in young children are encouraged to apply.

Plan, supervise and implement Spanish curriculum
Collaborate with other faculty and staff members
Communicate daily with parents or guardians
Participate in professional development opportunities
What We Are Looking For
Educational background with 12 semesters or 18 quarter early childhood education units shall include courses that cover the general areas of early child development, child, family, and community, and program/curriculum or a bachelor’s degree in child development
Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with young children.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be fluent in both Spanish and English language
Prior teaching experience with young students is preferred
