About the Role As a Preschool Teacher at Stratford School, you’ll help build the foundation for lifelong learning in children aged 3 to 5. You’ll lead a warm, engaging classroom where students feel safe, supported, and excited to grow. What You Bring
12 semester or 18 quarter units in Early Childhood Education (including courses in child development, child/family/community, and curriculum), or a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Development
A passion for early education, patience, and a joyful, compassionate teaching approach
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred: Previous teaching experience in preschool or early childhood settings
