We provide ABA therapy to help children with autism gain independence, communication skills, and confidence. We are seeking a
full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
to join our Richmond, VA team.
In this role, you will develop and supervise individualized ABA treatment programs, support and coach Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians, and collaborate closely with families and teammates to ensure high-quality, ethical care. Services may be delivered in a variety of settings depending on client needs.
This is a
Monday–Friday, full-time role .
Key Responsibilities
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments
Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans
Provide supervision and coaching to BTs and RBTs
Support accurate data collection and program fidelity
Deliver caregiver education and collaboration
Maintain documentation and payer compliance standards
Participate in team meetings and clinical collaboration
Support a positive, growth-focused team culture
Requirements
Active
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
certification — required
Eligible for
Virginia LBA licensure
— required
Experience supporting children with autism preferred
Experience supervising BTs and/or RBTs preferred
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Commitment to compassionate, ethical ABA practice

Base salary: $85,000–$100,000 per year
