Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
to join our Columbia, MD team.
This role provides clinical leadership, mentorship, and oversight of ABA programming. The Senior BCBA will support and guide BCBAs, RBTs, and BTs while collaborating closely with families and team members to ensure high-quality, ethical care. Services may be delivered in a variety of settings depending on client needs.
This is a
Monday–Friday, full-time role.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and mentorship
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Monitor clinical quality and outcomes
Support program development and problem-solving
Provide caregiver training and collaboration
Maintain documentation and payer compliance
Contribute to a positive, supportive clinical culture
Participate in interdisciplinary teamwork
Requirements
Active
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
credential — required
Eligible for
Maryland Behavior Analyst licensure
— required
Experience supporting children with autism — preferred
Leadership, mentorship, or senior-level clinical experience — preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Commitment to compassionate, ethical ABA care
Benefits
Base salary: $95,000–$110,000 per year
