What You’ll Do
Work alongside a Lead Technician on residential and commercial properties
Perform power washing and soft washing to top‑tier standards
Safely operate professional‑grade equipment and tools
Drive and operate a
16‑ft box truck
to and from job sites
Follow job checklists and safety procedures (training provided)
Protect customer property and maintain a professional presence
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of company vehicles and equipment
Use mobile technology for job documentation and reporting
Pay & Perks
$18 – $22/hr + performance bonuses
Paid training and certification programs

Optional weekend and night work for additional pay
Qualifications
No prior power washing experience required
Home services experience is a plus (pressure washing, window cleaning, landscaping, maintenance, etc.)
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Comfortable driving a
16‑ft box truck
(training provided if needed)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors
Comfortable working at heights using ladders (training provided)
Reliable, safety‑minded, and able to follow instructions
Must pass background check
Comfortable working at heights with ladders; willing to be trained on lifts and boom equipment
