What You'll Do Deliver 1:1 behavioral interventions that change lives - and be paid fairly for the impact you make. Support clients in achieving goals related to communication, social interaction, and independence. Collect and record behavioral data using streamlined tools and technology designed to make your job easier. Collaborate with families, clinicians, and teachers to create positive, lasting outcomes.Participate in ongoing supervision and team meetings that recognize your contributions and build your skills.
Training & Development 2 Weeks of Paid Training (including shadowing with experienced clinicians). Structured mentorship and ongoing supervision designed to set you up for success - not stress. Typical schedules include weekday afternoons (2-7pm) or full day hours (8am-6:30pm). We prioritize stable, predictable schedules to create consistency for our staff and families. Requirements High School diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, behavioral health, or related field preferred). Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
