$44,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, grinders) according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and G-code programs.
Perform quality checks on machined parts using precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers, gauges).
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to settings to maintain part quality and production efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machine operation, tooling, and part quality.
Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and associated tooling.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Recommended Qualifications
Proficiency in setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC mills and/or lathes.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T specifications.
Demonstrated skill in using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
Experience with G-code/M-code programming and editing.
Strong understanding of tooling, materials, and machining processes.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with CAD/CAM software for programming and simulation.
Proficiency in interpreting complex GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
Experience with multi-axis (4-axis, 5-axis) machining.
Basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
