Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and maintain multi-axis CNC machines (mills, lathes, grinders).

Load and unload raw materials and finished parts, ensuring proper fixturing.
Adjust machine offsets, tool wear compensations, and program parameters to maintain part quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine alarms, minor malfunctions, and tooling issues.
Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Recommended Qualifications
2-5 years of hands‑on experience operating and setting up CNC mills and/or lathes.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T.
Ability to interpret and edit G-code and M-code for machine programming and adjustments.
Skilled in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges.
Strong understanding of various cutting tools, materials, and machining processes.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with CAD/CAM software for program generation and optimization.
Proficiency in advanced metrology equipment (e.g., CMM, optical comparator).
Basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with 4‑axis or 5‑axis machining.
