Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine malfunctions or setup‑related issues to minimize downtime.
Conduct routine preventative maintenance and cleaning of equipment as scheduled.
Document setup parameters, production data, and maintenance activities accurately.
Ensure all setup procedures adhere to safety regulations and quality standards.
Recommended Qualifications
3+ years of experience in machine setup, changeovers, and adjustments in a manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and proven troubleshooting skills for production equipment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
Proficiency in using precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Commitment to safety protocols and quality standards in a manufacturing setting.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with PLC programming or industrial automation systems.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles (e.g., SMED, 5S).
Proficiency in reading and interpreting CAD drawings or 3D models.
Certifications in specific advanced machinery (e.g., robotics, CNC programming).
