We seek a Retail Associate Manager (RAM) to lead a Retail Team, embody our brand and Core Values, and create a high‑energy environment focused on customer needs.

What You'll Do

Help customers continue their shopping journey, whether online, in Customer Care or in‑store.

Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology.

Practice side‑by‑side selling to find personalized solutions beyond basic plans.

Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and expert answers.

Assist the Retail Store Manager with daily operations and coaching.

Digital Proficiency

Show coverage in customers’ neighborhoods, emphasizing our fast LTE network.

Explain plans and services that let customers live unlimited, feel the love, and stay connected.

Demonstrate device and account inspection, review and troubleshooting.

Training & Development Complete training on in‑store experience, new skills and processes, system knowledge and reference resources.

Team Collaboration

Collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues for a seamless, run‑around‑free environment.

Identify and handoff small business leads.

Build strong peer relationships and hold each other accountable for success.

At least 18 years old.

High school diploma or GED.

Able to stand for long periods.

Able to lift up to 25 lb.

Reliable transportation.

Full‑time (40 hours).
