Retail Store Manager – ENGLEWOOD | Union Blvd
Arch Telecom is looking for a Retail Store Manager (RSM) to lead a Retail Team and bring our brand to life. As the team leader, you will embody Arch Telecom’s Core Values, create excitement around our products and services, and focus on customer needs in a fast‑paced, fun environment.
Responsibilities
Guide customers seamlessly through their shopping journey, whether online, via Customer Care, or in‑store.
Identify individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology.
Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals by overseeing all store functions—sales, inventory, new programs, and initiatives.
Sell personalized solutions beyond basic device and service plans, including accessories and emerging IoT devices.
Maintain a consistently high store appearance and service level.
Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, and services, and to troubleshoot device and account issues.
Complete all required trainings on in‑store experience, new skills, and processes.
Collaborate with employees across business and customer‑service channels to resolve issues and create a seamless customer experience.
Identify and handoff small‑business leads.
Qualifications
Leadership experience; the ability to coach and motivate a team.
Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
Strong communication skills with both team members and customers.
Experience in wireless sales preferred.
Operational, financial, and performance management competence.

Minimum age 18 years.
Wireless sales experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Reliable transportation.
Full‑time (45 hrs/week) availability.
