Our team is passionate about dance and fostering a love for movement in our community. We're on the lookout for a dynamic Enrollment and Customer Service Specialist to join our studio. Job Summary:
The Enrollment and Customer Success Specialist is a pivotal role focused on driving enrollment, providing outstanding support to our dance families, and ensuring a seamless experience at our studio. You will engage with potential students, facilitate the enrollment process, and nurture relationships with our dance community.
Generate and qualify new enrollment leads through various channels
Conduct studio tours and present our dance programs to prospective students and families
Achieve or exceed monthly enrollment targets
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing students and their families for repeat enrollment
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with studio events and promotions
Customer Service Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for student inquiries and support
Resolve issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
Conduct follow-up calls and check-ins with families regarding their dance experience
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enrollment activities in the CRM system
Key Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Passion for dance and education
Flexible availability (M-Th: 4:30-7:30pm; Sat: 9:30am-12:30pm, 15-20 hours/week)
