Serve as a trusted advisor to dentists during practice transitions, providing valuation and brokerage services Conduct consultations to assist practitioners in preparing for the sale of their practice Manage client relationships and maintain continuous communication throughout the transaction process Train and collaborate with internal teams on dental practice transition services and products Attend and present at dental meetings, study clubs, and sales meetings to promote services What is Required (Qualifications)

Must maintain state-specific real estate licenses in good standing where required by law Prior experience in sales, preferably within the dental industry or real estate Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks Ability to effectively negotiate and resolve conflicts in a professional manner How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
