Guide dentists through the evaluation and transition of their practices, ensuring a smooth process

Build and maintain relationships with practitioners and industry stakeholders

Deliver customized services while maintaining a superior client experience

Achieve established goals related to valuations and brokerage services

Conduct presentations and training sessions to educate others about services offered

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a related field

Active real estate license preferred, or the ability to obtain one within 12 months

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel

Ability to manage stress and navigate complicated situations effectively

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in the dental industry or practice transitions

Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline

Experience in practice financing or real estate sales

Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Previous experience presenting to small and large groups
