Responsibilities
Design, develop, and revise online courses using digital resources and the Canvas LMS
Provide support and training to faculty in developing online courses using industry-standard authoring tools
Monitor and respond to cases initiated by the Canvas 24/7 support team
Collaborate with faculty and staff to create engaging online learning activities
Develop technical documentation for online course development and support students with success coaching
Qualifications
Master\'s degree in a relevant discipline
Minimum of five years of instructional design experience
Proficiency with the Canvas learning management system
Familiarity with streaming audio and video, compression methods, and file formats
Working knowledge of instructional design theory and best practices
Preferred Qualifications
Expertise with authoring tools and media production hardware and applications
Demonstrated aptitude for team-based project management
Knowledge of best practices in accessible course design
